Dream Lighting Group Fall 2026

Dreams are meant to be shared in community. In many cultural traditions, sharing dreams has been a long standing practice. It is always such a delightful surprise what wisdom and insight can come through when we open up to each other. This group is loosely modeled after Robert Moss's Active Dreaming groups.

We come together in a sacred and loving way, to honor the wisdom of our dreams, to seek counsel and healing for ourselves and others, to align ourselves with our Higher Self, and to remember who we are and what we may become.

The group meets for 90 minutes and will not be recorded, to create a safe space for sharing freely.

Opening the Circle (short guided meditation)

Calling the Dreams (opening to who would like to present a dream)
